We offer 4 large air-conditioned bedrooms all with a private bath, refrigerator, TV/VCR, hair dryers and queen beds in each room.  The Hummingbird Room and the Butterfly Room on the second level are separated by a private sitting area and deck overlooking the patio, gold fish pond and back woods.  A full country breakfast is provided with home baked goodies.  In warm weather, breakfast can be served on the front porch or patio.  Iced tea is available anytime.

Humming Bird Room This room is located to the left of the Sitting Room on the second level.  This room has queen bed, TV/VCR, AC, refrigerator and private bath.  This room will accommodate mom, dad, and one child.	Butterfly Room This room is located on the second level to the right of the Sitting Room.  This room has queen bed, TV/VCR, AC, refrigerator, futon,  and private bath.  This is a great room for the entire family.

Mallard Room This room is located on the ground floor and includes a private entrance, private bath, whirlpool tub for 2, TV/VCR, refrigerator, AC, and electric fireplace.	The Nest Suite This room has a private entrance, private bath, whirlpool tub for 2, gas fire-place, TV/VCR with it's  own satellite dish, AC, refrigerator, and queen bed.
Common Room The living room with gas fire place and 27" TV and VCR.	Dining Room and Kitchen (New larger dining room is being added to accommodate our guests.)
"The Bird House" Our latest addition located on the first level.  This room has queen bed and futon,  TV/VCR, AC, refrigerator, and large private bath. This is a great room for a family of four.
"The Carriage House at Sleepy Hollow" Two more beautiful suites are now in operation for this year's season.
The Roost, a spacious living area with Private Entrance, Large Private Bathroom with Whirlpool, Fireplace, Satellite TV/VCR & Videos and a Sofa Bed for 2 children. The 4 season room has a table & chairs, Coffee Pot and Refrigerator.	The Americana Room is a large 2 story suite with Bedroom Loft that has a Queen Poster Bed with your own TV/VCR. The lounging area on first level has a Queen size Sofa Bed for 2-3 children and a separate TV/VCR. You have your own Private Deck with table and chairs, Satellite Receiver, Large Bathroom with Whirlpool Tub and oversized shower, snack area with Bistro Table and Chairs, Coffee Pot, Refrigerator and a separate makeup vanity area for the ladies.
